Product Care
To wear Pakeru is to invest in a legacy of textile excellence. Linen is a noble, living fabric that grows more characterful with age, provided it is treated with the respect it deserves. Our "refuse to be ordinary" ethos extends to the longevity of our garments; by following a regime of gentle cleansing and natural drying, you ensure that the fibers remain resilient and the hues remain as deep and evocative as the day they were first dyed.
Wash Instructions
- Gentle Cleansing: We recommend professional dry cleaning to maintain the crisp silhouette, or a delicate machine wash in cold water using only a pH neutral, silk-safe detergent.
- Preserve the Hue: Always wash your linen inside out and with similar tones to protect the depth of the Earth and Obsidian pigments from abrasion.
- Natural Restoration: Never subject the garment to the harsh heat of a tumble dryer; instead, reshape the shirt while damp and lay it flat or hang it in a shaded area to air dry.
- The Art of the Press: Embrace the natural drape of linen, or use a steam iron on a high setting while the fabric is still slightly damp to achieve a sharp, professional finish.
- Architectural Storage: Store your garment on a wide, contoured hanger in a cool, dry wardrobe to prevent shoulder distortion and allow the natural fibers to breathe between wearing.

HOW TO MEASURE
In order to select the correct clothing size, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

1. Neck
Pass the tape measure around the base of your neck, where a shirt collar would sit. Keep one finger between the tape and your skin so the collar has room to breathe.
2. Shoulder
Pass the tape measure straight across from the tip of one shoulder to the other, just above your shoulder blades. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
3. Chest
Pass the tape measure across your back, under your arms, and over the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape horizontal all the way around. It should sit snugly against your body, but should not be pulled too tight.
4. Sleeve Length
Keeping your arm straight by your side, measure from the tip of your shoulder, down the outside of your arm, to the base of your thumb.
5. Shirt Length
Stand upright and measure from the highest point of your shoulder, next to the base of your neck, straight down the front of your body to where you want the shirt to end.
