1. Dispatch Timeframes
All Pakeru pieces are produced to order or drawn from a tightly controlled limited inventory. Please allow the following production and dispatch windows from the date of confirmed payment:
- Ready-to-wear (in-stock): 2–4 business days processing before dispatch
- Made-to-order / bespoke: 10–21 business days before dispatch
- Campaign exclusive drops: Estimated dispatch date communicated at time of purchase
Business days exclude weekends and Ghanaian public holidays. Pakeru will notify you via email if any unforeseen delay affects your order.
2. Domestic Shipping (Ghana)
We ship nationwide across Ghana using vetted courier partners including DHL Express Ghana and reputable domestic logistics providers.
- Accra & Greater Accra: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Kumasi & Ashanti Region: 1 business day after dispatch
- Other regions: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Flat-rate domestic shipping: GH₵ 50 (orders below GH₵ 1,500)
- Free domestic shipping on all orders of GH₵ 1,500 and above
3. International Shipping
Pakeru ships internationally to select destinations across Africa and to diaspora markets in Europe and North America. International orders are fulfilled via DHL Express.
- West Africa (Nigeria, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, etc.): 3–5 business days
- East & Southern Africa: 5–8 business days
- UK & Europe: 5–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 6–9 business days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and declared customs value. The customer bears the full cost of international shipping — outbound and return. All international orders include full tracking and insurance at replacement value.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in their destination country. Pakeru cannot predict or control these fees. We will accurately declare the commercial value on all customs documentation — we do not under-declare.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of dispatch. All domestic and international shipments are fully trackable from our courier partners’ portals.
6. Packaging
Every Pakeru garment is packed in our signature branded packaging, designed to protect the integrity of the piece in transit. Packaging is part of the product experience and will not be modified under any circumstances.
7. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-dispatch. Pakeru will contact you within 5 business days of receiving a returned shipment.
