Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility
Pakeru will facilitate an exchange (size or colourway, subject to availability) under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery
- The item has not been worn, washed, or altered
- The original Pakeru packaging is intact
- The item is not a made-to-order, bespoke, or sale piece
2. How to Request an Exchange
- Email support@hellopakeru.com with your order number, the item you received, and what you are requesting in exchange
- Our team will confirm availability and issue exchange authorisation within 48 business hours
- Ship the original item to us via a tracked courier service once authorisation is confirmed
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will dispatch the exchange item. Delivery timelines mirror our standard shipping schedule
3. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item. Pakeru covers the cost of dispatching the exchange piece within Ghana. For international exchanges, both return shipping and outbound shipping on the exchange piece are the customer’s responsibility. Any applicable customs fees or duties are also borne by the customer.
4. Unavailability
If the requested exchange item (size or colourway) is not available at the time of your request, Pakeru will offer either a store credit to the full value of the original purchase or a refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5. One Exchange Per Order
Each order is eligible for one exchange. A second exchange on the same order will not be facilitated.
6. Made-to-Order & Bespoke
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are produced to the customer’s exact specifications and are not eligible for exchange. In cases of production error on our part, we will remake the piece at no additional cost.
